Oh yaaa Know!!

I really hate to admit it BUT, I am way behind in the blog world... I haven't had a chance to catch up on my blog reading in a few weeks! Things are cray-cray in my world right now! Y'all know the story.. work, school...LIFE!!! 

Any who.. in case you didn't know it is SUPER-DUPER HOTTTTT in the South!!

I mean, SERIOUSLY?! 108 degrees?!? Are we being PUNKED by the weather man?! THAT IS HOTT!

And if that's not bad enough.. Our AIR conditioner is not working properly and I am having to have a new unit installed TODAY!.....Wahhhhhhh!!!! I can think of A LOT of other things that I would like to do with my money besides purchase an air unit!! But hellerrrr, please see the photo above.... 108 degrees!!! Really?

Even Thera girl says its too HOT in here Mama!

This weekend this sweet little baby boy is coming to hang out with his Aunt Jen & Uncle Brandon!!

He is so handsome and I cannot wait to play with him all weekend! 

Also, I am BEYOND pumped because me and his Mama are having a girls trip to the movies to see....... wait for it-----------------

EEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot tell y'all how excited I am to see this!! I have the BIGGEST crush ever on Channing Tatum and HELLO.. he is an Alabama boy.. what is not to LOVE?!

I will DEF let y'all know how it is... I am sure there is going to be LOTS of squealing in that theater! :)

I am also planning to do LOTS of this on Sunday, ya know due to the HOTT weather and all!

It's totally OK!

Let me just first start out with It's OK... that I haven't blogged in over 2 weeks! :)

....That I legit want to punch someone in their face today, ohhhh you know just one of those days!

....That I had NEVER heard of a "solar" manicure until last week... and well now I am in luurrvvee with it!

....That I have been day dreaming for the last few days about being a stay at home wife, but in reality know that I would more than likely go insane!

....That I rode all the way to work and realized when I got to my office, that I didn't turn the radio on one time!

....That me and my sister have random conversations like this, way too often! 

....That I missed Teem Mom AND Real Housewives of OC this week!! (No worries, I have them DVR'd)

J. Pow's Birthday List

I have been playing with the 'Instaframe' app.. so I thought I would use it for my "Birthday List." These are a few things that I am dying to have at this very moment! And since I have the most AMAZING husband ever maybe a get a thing or two off of this list! ;) 

1. Michael Kors watch-I think I may be the only person on the planet that does NOT have one of these!! I always were my diamond bracelet that Brandon got me for Christmas on my left wrist, so I really haven't "needed" a watch but now I have decided that it is time to add the watch to my bracelet!

2. Beach Bunny Swimwear Towel-Unless you have been living under a rock, you know that Beach Bunny swimwear is like the most adorable swim suit line around! And I am in Lurrveee with this towel.. need it for the RIVER!

3. Vibram Five Fingers-Let's be honest, these "toe shoes" are not the most glamorous things BUT I really need these to get in and out of the boat with while we are on the river! They have really cute colors-pink, turquoise etc... but I think the black will work well with all my bikinis!

4. Spool 72 dress- I am in LOVE with this dress! I actually found this website on Pinterest and I have been drooling over everything on this website! This would be a perfect work dress or out on the town! Isn't it adorbs?!

5. Michael Kors Bracelet- I mean helurrr, I have to have this bracelet to go along with my blinging new watch! Michael Kors jewelry is the bomb.com

Memorial Day & More!

I am a week behind in the blog world, so I am here today to CHANGE that! :) I started Summer Classes last week and also had a huge event at work that I worked on all week so things have been a tad bit insane to say the least!......................


Last weekend, as you all know was Memorial Day! And what better way to spend it than on the boat with great friends and my wonderful fam jam!


We started our weekend on Saturday morning at Lowe's!! Since I became a homeowner this is my FAV place to go!! I got these hanging flowers to go on my front porch!

Let's just hope that I can keep these babies ALIVE!! 

After picking up a few "necessities" it was time for some fun in the sun! :)

It was such a FUN weekend! So nice to have that extra day off and SO thankful for

all of the men and women who sacrifice their life everyday for our freedom! 

Now on to this weekend! Friday night my oh so sweet little nephew came and spent the night with us!

He wanted to wear Uncle Brandon's Bama football helmet! Roll Tide!

On Saturday night, some of BP's friends were in town so we headed out and had a few drinks!

And on Sunday, I spent most of my day at our Project Open House (this is the BIG event I have been working on!) We had TONS of people come by and LOTS of media coverage-
