Beach Weekend!

Soooo.... We spent this past weekend at the BEACH! If you know us or if you have been following me for a while then you know that my husband does not get very much time off of work, ESPECIALLY on weekends! So when we found out that he would be off this past weekend we decided it was time for a mini trip to the beach! It was a REAL quick trip-We had scheduled to have our pictures taken on Sunday afternoon and then Brandon had to go back to work on Sunday night, so needless to say we were pretty rushed! BUT we had a GREAT time.. lots of SUN and lots of YUMMY seafood! :)

Friday night we ate at a place called Flipper's and had raw oysters, crab claws and OF COURSE, a yummy bushwhacker! :)

Saturday we spent ALL day on the BEACH!

And we ate at Cobalt's on Saturday night-Tuna, Firecracker shrimp and BUSHWHACKERS! ;)

It was a FABULOUS weekend! And I cannot wait to do it ALL again in about 3 or 4 weeks for MULLET TOSS with all my favorite people!

I also did LOTS of shopping last week... so look forward to a post with all the fabulous things that I purchased!

What I'm LOVING & Pinteresting!

Today I am loving..

...That we will be leaving for the BEACH on Friday morning.... Holllaaaaa!!!

...That I am OFF work on Friday! :)

...That my Silent Auction that I have been working on for my job is coming together wonderfully!

...That I finally feel like ALL of my working out is starting to pay off!

...That we are FINALLY having our pictures taken on Sunday-I have rescheduled like 3 times!

...That there are only 6 more weeks left in this semester!

K-Dash & Boats

Happy Monday all my boggy peeps! Hope you guys had a FABULOUS weekend! We had kind of a low-key weekend!

I had a hair appointment on Friday and my hair dresser is AH-MA-ZING!

And I have a consult this week for hair extensions! Cannot wait! :)

Friday night, we ate Japanese at Tokyo! It was yum-O! Brandon had to go to work shortly after, so Thera and I were in bed by 8:30 watching Khloe Kardashian on the QVC channel.. wild Friday night,I know! 

I know that TONS of people hate the Kardashian sisters, but I ADORE them! I just think they are so hilarious!

Saturday, I spent the day with my little cousins, we laid out for a bit and then Brandon wanted to hit the lake up and test drive a boat that we have been looking at. If you know us, or have been following my blog for long, you know that we bought a house and our neighborhood is on the river and we have been searching for a boat for a few months.

Saturday was SO pretty! Can't wait for FULL time Summer!

And Sunday we were pretty lazy! I hung out with Katelyn & Allie (My little cousins) and washed my car to free it from all of the POLLEN! And that pretty much sums up our weekend!

I promise that I am going to do a review on all of my MAC makeup BUT to be perfectly honest, I am not sure that I really like it, I keep giving it a "second chance" but not too sure that it is the right stuff for me!

It's Thursday!! So y'all know what that means-It is time for "It's OK Thursday! Whoop Whoop! :)

It's OK

....That I change my mind EVERY single day about what I want to go to college for

...That in reality I KNOW what I am BEST at and that is PUBLIC RELATIONS

...That I have missed my MOM SOO much this week and have NO idea why

....That I am counting down the days until the BEACH next month

...That I am on a HUGE health/workout kick simply because of the the BEACH trip

...That I am thinking about upgrading my iPad 2 that I just purchased in Dec. to the NEW iPad 3

...That Thera (our pup) seems to love her daddy MORE these days becuase he is working nights & home all day-Makes my heart hurt thinking about this!

...That even though my hair is pretty long, I am SO talking to my haridresser TOMORROW about having extensions put in!!

...That sometimes I REALLY think I am ready to have a baby.. and then I think about how hard it would be to work, go to school and be a Mom!

...That sometimes I take on WAY more than I can handle, and swear that I will never, ever do it again, and thennn well I ALWAYS do it again!

Catch UP!

Happy Wednesday y'all!! I know that I have been a little M.I.A. the last few weeks BUT I have been super busy with midterms last week and also working on a Charity event/Silent Auction for work! But I am back now sooo NO worries! :) And, what better way to catch up than with a few photos! :)

Weekend before last we had dinner at The Bright Star in Bessemer! This place is like a legend in the South. We went with GREAT friends and it was SO much fun! 

You must GO to this place at least ONE time! It is amazing!!

This past weekend was Brandon's 25th Birthday! So, we had a one-man band, good food, and great friends and family! It was TONS of fun & I think Brandon had a fabulous birthday!
