Happy Fall Y'all

Is it really Friday?! Cause it sho' don't feel like it over here in my world!! Today. has. been. INSANE. Any who?! I am here to show y'all all my FALL decor!

Color Run Fun!

Why YES, it has been over a month since I last posted on the Ole' Blog! Y'all should be use to my procrastination by now?! :) I won't even go into why it has been so long since I last posted but I will say that I am going to do better! Pinky Promise! :)

 

Last weekend me and my fam jam ran in the 5K Color Run here in Tuscaloosa! It was LOADS of fun and I CANNOT wait to do it again next year!

This was the very first 5K that I have EVER participated in and I absolutley LOVED it! I also LOVED being able to hang out with all my FAVORITE girls!

As you all know my husband is a coal miner so it ain't nothing but a thang, for him to come home looking like this on a daily basis! Wellll my little nephew wasn't too fond of his dirty "Uncle Bandon." He kept saying over and over "Bandon Cean (clean)." He was a little scared at first! Too funny!

~Favorite purchase of the week 

New Nike Frees-Neon Yellow-you already know!! :) I ordered some Under Armour shoes a few months back and I blogged about those here. I LOVE the way they looked but wasn't a huge fan of running in them...that's why I purchased the Nike's. 

~Most exciting moment of the week 

Me and my awesome Sister, Sister-N-Law, & Mother-N-Law signed up for the 5K Color Run in Tuscaloosa!! This will be the first 5K that I have ever ran.. so I am SUPER pumped! 

~Most fav Breakfast

Krispy Kreme! If you are from around here then you know that the April 27th tornado blew our Krispy Kreme off the map! :( But they are BACK! I waited around 50 minutes in the the drive-thru...but SO totally worth it!

My E.O. and I attended the 3rd Annual Tuscaloosa Networking & Business Development Reception last night! It was a great time had by all. The event was held at the River Market and I couldn't think of a better venue for this event! Love my job!

Chevron Fabric!! I have been searching high and low for this fabric around town with ZERO luck! I am re-doing my spare bedroom..LOTS of before and after pictures to come!

July 2012

Why yes, it has been a month since I last blogged! Y'all should be use to my lack of blogging by now! 

Lets play a little catch up, shall we?! This is what has been going down in July!

Brandon and I had an ENTIRE week off!! SAY whatt?! YES, you heard that right...an ENTIRE week!!

It included the BEACH and midterms! Woo hoo!! Exciting huh?!

As you can see, Brandon caught a HUGE red snapper!!  

We were also able to catch up with friends that we don't get to see very often! 

Since we have been back from the beach we have been spending LOTS of time with this lil guy! So excited that they will soon be living closer to us! :)

We also had 2 VERY important Birthday's in July-Grayson's 2nd Birthday & MINE! :)

All of my cards and gifts from friends and family... I am one blessed girl!!

And we have also been spending every. single. weekend. on the BOAT!

And that pretty much wraps up July! :) I promise I won't wait so long to blog next time... maybe! :)

Oh yaaa Know!!

I really hate to admit it BUT, I am way behind in the blog world... I haven't had a chance to catch up on my blog reading in a few weeks! Things are cray-cray in my world right now! Y'all know the story.. work, school...LIFE!!! 

Any who.. in case you didn't know it is SUPER-DUPER HOTTTTT in the South!!

I mean, SERIOUSLY?! 108 degrees?!? Are we being PUNKED by the weather man?! THAT IS HOTT!

And if that's not bad enough.. Our AIR conditioner is not working properly and I am having to have a new unit installed TODAY!.....Wahhhhhhh!!!! I can think of A LOT of other things that I would like to do with my money besides purchase an air unit!! But hellerrrr, please see the photo above.... 108 degrees!!! Really?

Even Thera girl says its too HOT in here Mama! 

BUT whateva!!....Next subject!! 

This weekend this sweet little baby boy is coming to hang out with his Aunt Jen & Uncle Brandon!!

He is so handsome and I cannot wait to play with him all weekend! 

Also, I am BEYOND pumped because me and his Mama are having a girls trip to the movies to see....... wait for it-----------------

EEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot tell y'all how excited I am to see this!! I have the BIGGEST crush ever on Channing Tatum and HELLO.. he is an Alabama boy.. what is not to LOVE?!

I will DEF let y'all know how it is... I am sure there is going to be LOTS of squealing in that theater! :)

I am also planning to do LOTS of this on Sunday, ya know due to the HOTT weather and all!

...That I probably feel that way because ALL I do is go to school, work, and go out on the boat every. single. weekend. so its pretty much the same ole same ole every week (which I am OK with) just kind of boring to blog about!

....That I legit want to punch someone in their face today, ohhhh you know just one of those days!

....That I had NEVER heard of a "solar" manicure until last week... and well now I am in luurrvvee with it!

....That I have been day dreaming for the last few days about being a stay at home wife, but in reality know that I would more than likely go insane!

....That I rode all the way to work and realized when I got to my office, that I didn't turn the radio on one time!

....That me and my sister have random conversations like this, way too often! 

....That I missed Teem Mom AND Real Housewives of OC this week!! (No worries, I have them DVR'd)

J. Pow's Birthday List

I have been playing with the 'Instaframe' app.. so I thought I would use it for my "Birthday List." These are a few things that I am dying to have at this very moment! And since I have the most AMAZING husband ever maybe a get a thing or two off of this list! ;) 

1. Michael Kors watch-I think I may be the only person on the planet that does NOT have one of these!! I always were my diamond bracelet that Brandon got me for Christmas on my left wrist, so I really haven't "needed" a watch but now I have decided that it is time to add the watch to my bracelet!

2. Beach Bunny Swimwear Towel-Unless you have been living under a rock, you know that Beach Bunny swimwear is like the most adorable swim suit line around! And I am in Lurrveee with this towel.. need it for the RIVER!

3. Vibram Five Fingers-Let's be honest, these "toe shoes" are not the most glamorous things BUT I really need these to get in and out of the boat with while we are on the river! They have really cute colors-pink, turquoise etc... but I think the black will work well with all my bikinis!

4. Spool 72 dress- I am in LOVE with this dress! I actually found this website on Pinterest and I have been drooling over everything on this website! This would be a perfect work dress or out on the town! Isn't it adorbs?!

5. Michael Kors Bracelet- I mean helurrr, I have to have this bracelet to go along with my blinging new watch! Michael Kors jewelry is the bomb.com
