BUT I have been SO  busy with my newest adventure! :) I told y'all in the the last post that I have been keeping a HUGE secret... well the secret is OUT and in case you didn't get the memo- this girl opened her very own boutique-Jennaration! For the time being, we are an online only boutique offering women's clothing, accessories, shoes and women's plus size clothing. 

This has been a DREAM of mine for several years and a "concept" for several months until NOW! Things are rockin' and rollin" on FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM  (be sure to follow) and our website will be up and running in about a week!

This is  pretty random post but I got a few things that I need to say......

1. If you did not watch this season of Dallas, you totally missed OUT! I have a soft spot in my heart for this show because your one and only was named after it.. 27 years ago! Yes, I was named after Priscilla Presley who played "Jenna" on Dallas! Anyway, the show is pretty much the bomb.com. It really makes me want to move to Dallas, live on a ranch and pump oil for the rest of my days!! Ha! AND John Ross is pretty HOTT! Just watch it! K. Thanks!

2. I FINALLY hung Brandon's college football jersey's last week and added a few touches last night! About time huh? He only graduated 4 years ago! 

3. I have eaten Taco Casa TWICE this week and am honestly ashamed of how many times I have eaten out this week! Its pretty ridic!

4. EVERYONE keeps saying that mu hair looks SO light... Maybe its too light?!

5. We are finally going to get the boat out TOMORROW! Bring on the SUNSHINE!

6. I am pretty stressed out about putting on a bikini! I have been working out A LOT BUT my diet meehhhhh not so much! Wahhhhhhh!!!!

I ordered this suit and tried it on last night! #pleasekillme I DEF do not look like this in it! #notcool

7. I have been keeping a HUGE secret! Shhhh!... AND NO I am not pregnant or leaving my job!

Easter Weekend

The Thursday night before Easter we had a slumber party with our awesome nephew!

 

I really don't know how all y'all Mama's do it... I can handle dirty diapers, bath time, crying BUT I cannot handle not getting any sleep at night. I have a feeling my little one will be doing a lot of "crying it out." I know I am probably sticking my foot in my mouth but good lawd, this girl needs her beauty rest!

 

I mean, I had to take off work half a day on Friday because I was SO tired!

These happened to jump in my buggy while at the grocery.... Tons of my IG girls have been talking about this so obvi I had to try them out! THEY are delish! I am not a fan of the "Lime-a-rita" but these are so yummy!

 

This also happened.....

Yes, that would be mine and Jess's dog face timing each other! We are dorks!

 

 

Saturday night.. me and B had a date night. This is a VERY rare occasion around our house. I envy all of you who have date nights on the reg! We had dinner at Ruth's Chris and it was DE VINE!

 

And Sunday was of course Easter.. We had a SUPER busy day which included-church, lunch with Brandon's family and then ANOTHER lunch with my family! :)

 

I may or may not have eaten WAY too many of these!

Weekend shenanigans

I am being sucked in over all the BLISSDOM recaps this morning! Some people LOVED it and some hated it! It's pretty juicy if you ask me! I am a little ole' blogger so of course I didn't go BUT I am loving the play-by-play from all the bigger bloggers! IJS!

Anyways... My weekend was a semi-chill weekend....

Friday night.....

AS SOON as I got home (I am talking 4:30) I ran myself a HOT bubble bath and stayed in until my fingers and toes were all shriveled up like prunes! LAST week was hell rough to say the least!

I downloaded this neat little app that changed your backgrounds and your apps! Michelle from The Vintage Apple did a post about a few weeks back and I am now hooked!

 

 

Saturday, I slept in with this sweet girl-

 

 

I spent most of the day Spring cleaning, grocery shopping..you know all my wife-ly duties!

 

 

We also FINALLY got Netflix on our SmartTV... So y'all should help a sista out and dish about about all the good shows I should catch up on-Revenge, Downtown Abbey, Pretty Little Liars?! Decisions... Decisions!

 



 

On Sunday, I made this yummy Baked Potato soup in the crock pot

Guess Who's Back?..Back Again?!

Let's face it... I am the worst blogger on the PLANET! I won't even make excuses for why my mad blogging skills have been lacking. But I am here today and that's what counts, right?! RIGHT! :) I am here to tell you about all the boring stuff that has been going on in the last 3-4 weeks... Ready.. set.. GO!

I am BACK to couponing!!! WOO HOO! I use to be one of those crazy coupon ladies, you know like the ones that you see on TLC on the Extreme Couponing show (you know you watch it, don't lie)! BUT then life starting getting crazy when B got a promotion at work and well couponing became a thing of the past.. I was lucky to run in the grocery store and grab a bunch of crap as fast as I could while on my lunch break! BUT, I    am going to give it a try again because I use to save MEGA bucks on groceries!! Summer is just around the corner, which means we will have the boat out and will be helping ourselves to lots of snacks (and lots of cocktails) so I need to start collecting all of that good stuff now (you know with coupons and all). 

This was my first "haul" since being back on the coupon band wagon...

I don't have the EXACT figures right in front of me BUT this is about $95 worth of stuff for less than $50 (this includes trash bags, 2 bottles of tanning oil, fruit, dog treats, cleaning products, baby wipes-NO we are not having a baby FYI, and lots of other crap) SO not too shabby for my first trip back at it! 

I had my BIGGEST event of the quarter this week-Our annual Silent Auction! We do this event to raise money for The Miracle League of Tuscaloosa (this is an awesome charity, if you have never heard of it you should DEF check it out.) The auction was a HUGE success and we raised over $6,000! LOTS of work but totally worth it! This was my GLAD it was OVER face!

I have become  ADDICTED to these Buffalo Chicken salads from Zaxby's! YES, I know they aren't very "good" for you but HEY a girl on the go still has to eat! #donthate

Last weekend B competed in a "Brave Soldier Challenge" and finished 7th (out of 100ish) SO proud of him! Where in the world does he get his motivation? CAN I HAVE SOME PLEASE?! 

I purchased this beauty! If you have been following my blog long, then you know that I have been lusting after these MK watches for a WHILE! I just couldn't decided on one... this weekend I FINALLY fell in love with this one! #obsessed 

I have also fallen IN LOVE with this amazing milkshake from Mickey D's! #shamrockshake #imafatty

And last BUT certainly, not least while I was MIA... I got a NEW niece! I would like to introduce to you....

Miss Sophie, she is an American Bulldog and is OH so precious!!
